With the Geode Reporting App, anyone in the Geode Community can report illegal activity in the Geode ecosystem & document evidence. Access to reports is granted for verified law enforcement entities that register with the Legal Team. By creating a way for verified law enforcement entities to access reports, we make it easy for the existing legal systems worldwide to prosecute illegal activity on the system without the need for centralized policing in the community. We caution users to only report activities that you can PROVE and that are illegal in THE LOCALITY OF THAT USER. What is illegal in one place may be perfectly legal in another place. Please be certain that the activity is illegal in the accused user’s locality AND that you have evidence to prove your accusation. If you are certain of these two things, please use the Reporting app to report the illegal activity to verified law enforcement entities.
