The Geode Foundation, Inc is a Florida registered non-profit corporation, 501(c)(3) pending.
MISSION
Our foundation is dedicated to fostering economic opportunity and community development through the promotion of decentralized applications (dApps), decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), and other on-chain activities. By increasing innovation, awareness, and access to these transformative technologies, we aim to create more active, connected, and economically empowered communities.

Timeline: The foundation began operations in 2025, initially focusing on community engagement, educational programs, and grant-making. Over time, we plan to scale up activities based on funding availability and community needs.
Where We Work: Our efforts will primarily be focused on global initiatives, with an emphasis on communities that stand to benefit the most from decentralized applications. We will support both online and in-person initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
