Geode Blockchain is run by an all-volutneer highly connected and purpose-driven community that does not require funding to keep running. We see Geode Blockchain and its ecosystem of apps as a 50 year project at minimum, to serve humanity’s long term interests. Geode will be here serving individuals and communities long after other projects have run dry. Our unique approach to technical and community building means we never run out of motivation either.
Connected Community
The Geode Blockchain community is just that – a real community – formed by word of mouth through trust, purpose and comittment. Geode’s community of Validator Nodes, Nominators, Elected Governance, Volunteer Leaders and everyday Users make decisions on Geode’s priorities for technology development as well as important choices on how we grow the community itself. This connected community of passionate individuals actively welcomes and helps new members. Within the Geode community, you are never going it alone. Others are there to help with whatever you may need.
Mentorship & Assistance
Projects building on Geode Blockchain have access to mentorship and assistance on everything from technical aspects to business aspects and everything between. Geode community leadership are available to teach projects everything they need to know about Substrate, how to write, test and deploy ink! smart contracts on the chain, and how to integrate their dApp with the Geode public portal (if they chooose to). We are happy to teach project teams everything they need to know and to support them through the process all the way.

Geode Blockchain is led by a global team of volunteers who take responsibility for their home geographic areas as part of a grassroots movement to bring Geode to every corner of the Earth. Building your application to deploy on Geode Blockchain is easy...
- Create the back end of your dApp as a Smart Contract written in either ink! or Solidity
- Deploy your smart contract on Geode Blockchain through the portal at Go.GeodeChain.com (super easy and quick to do… upload your contract on the Developer > Contracts page)
- Create the front end UI for your dApp using React and/or Typescript and use the pre-prepared API to connect your front end UI to the smart contract.
